Certified in Hawkgrips, Dance Medicine (NYU Harkness Center for Dance Injuries), and Circus Medicine Education, Ariana brings a unique blend of expertise to our practice. With a specialization in orthopedics, sports, and performing arts rehabilitation, she is dedicated to helping individuals recover and thrive in their respective disciplines.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Ariana enjoys exploring new culinary delights at restaurants and coffee shops, cherishing quality time spent with her beloved dog and soon-to-be husband. As a passionate advocate for wellness and self-expression, Ariana immerses herself in hobbies such as circus and aerial arts, finding joy in the beauty of movement and creativity. She also finds solace in nature through hiking and indulges her adventurous spirit through travel.
A Bay Area and Alameda native, Ariana brings a deep appreciation for her community and a rich background in dance, including ballet, Chinese dance, and contemporary styles. Allowing her to connect with individuals from all walks of life and tailor treatment plans to their unique needs.
